You have just moved into a new home and are planning to hold a party. You are worried that noise may disturb your neighbor.
Write a letter to your neighbor. In your letter:
introduce yourself
describe your plans for the party
invite your neighbor to come
You should write at least 150 words.
Dear Mr Patel,
I am John Mill, a banker, who has rented Mr Bikerman’s House situated beside your house. I am residing here from the last month. The reason for writing this letter is letting you know that a party is going to be arranged in my home on the eve of my marriage. It will be a great honor for me, if come and join in this party with your family members. And as a responsible neighbor, though I know this program will create some noises which may be disturbing for you. I apologize in for that in advance and allow me to share some of the party plans.
My Friends and their family members will be invited as a guest and they will come around 6pm and stay till midnight. We will cook various items in the garden area and there will be a music system there. After having dinner, we are planning to arrange a DJ party, which will take place in my living room not in the open place. The reason for arranging it as an indoor program is that it will be very noisy and two big sound boxes will be there. I have thought about the kids zone where the young people can enjoy their time.
No more today. If you have any suggestion feel free to share with me.
Best wishes
John Mill
