27.10.2017 Something in an airport delayed you and you missed your flight. Write a letter to the airport’s customer service department.in your letter include:
• What delayed you?
• How missing this flight affect you?
• What would you like the airport to do about this issue?
Dear Sir or Madame,
I am writing to complain about the work of your airport security service. On 29th March 2017 I should have flown by Airbus A320, the flight number SU0310 from Moscow t New York but unfortunately, it has never happened. While commuting to the airport my taxi cab got involved in a car accident. As a result, I got hit in a face by an airbag that broke my nose and made me look like a panda bear. After I got required treatment, I arrived at the destination but despite having all needed documents I was not allowed inside the plane by the security of the building. So, I missed my flight.
As a result of not getting on the airplane, my firm has faced problems with the investors with whom I should have had a meeting. They assumed my absence was a sign of disrespect and poor character. In addition, I did not visit the wedding of my first daughter that was scheduled later that day and was held in a New York restaurant.
I demand that the airport administration refunds the money I spent on renting a hotel room while waiting for another flight as well as for other expenditures that were caused by the delay such as transportation costs. Finally, I would like to hear words of apology from you as well.
I am waiting for your prompt response.
Sincerely yours,
Eugene Dubinchuk.
