Dear Manager,
I am writing to you to express my immense dissatisfaction with the services of your company. This letter is indeed written to report that I had ordered an item about a week back which was suppose to be delivered next day. However, it has been six days and I am still waiting for the parcel.
I am a Software Engineer by profession, few days ago my old Laptop got ruined by splash of water due to which my office work was being affected. Therefore, I decided to buy a new one from your website. After, thorough study of all the features of a Sony Laptop in black colour, Model number 65-B, I placed the order of it.
Although, I called several times in your customer care centre but I did not receive any satisfactory reply. As, I have told you that my work is absolutely computer dependent and without it, I am facing a lot of difficulties. Thus, I want you to take this matter seriously and to find out the cause of the delay. Also, try to track the order and if it seems to take too much time than send me another Laptop of the same model swiftly.
I hope you will take prompt action to resolve this issue.
Yours sincerely,
John
