Overall, the proportion of students who can speak Spanish was the most in both the years. In contrast, there was the lowest ratio of students who can speak German language.
In 2000, the proportion of British students who were able to speak Spanish language accounts for 30% while students with no other language other than English accounts 20%.Even though, the students who could speak another language and French language are alike (15%).Moreover, a small portion of students who can speak two other languages and German language are similar and accounts for 10%.
During the year 2010,it is clear from the chart that there is a slight increase of 5% in the rate of students who can speak Spanish. In comparison, we can see that another language contributed 20% which is two times greater than that of students speaking only English (10%).However, there is a change of 5 to 10 % in other languages.
