I am one of the residents in your flat No.6 on riverside Street, and I rented this flat from you six months ago. According to our contract to settle on 27th October, my family and I took the keys from the agent on the due time.
I am writing with regard to something wrong with the furniture inside the flat. When we entered to the flat, we were faced with some problems regarding the furniture which one of its legs had been broken. In addition, the springs of another piece of furniture in the northern room were in poor condition the injured my son's hand. However, the overall status of the flat is acceptable and satisfactory, and I know that we will have pleasurable time in that.
I would like you to address these problems as soon as possible and repair these two pieces of furniture, or replace them with a new one. I hope that it does not come at huge cost for your.
On behalf of my family, I appreciate your prompt action and solution.
