I am inscribing this missive to complain about the coffee machine, that I have bought, last week, from your shop, and also about the service you provide.
Last Saturday, I bought the coffee machine and then installed it on the same day. It worked weel for first two days, on the third day, ot could not worked. I called on customer care number, the person there assured me thay, he would sent the concerned person to check it once, but no one cameor call. Then, again i call them up, and he once more promised me for return call. But, now its been three days, that I am waiting for some assistance.
Finally, I qm writing to you for further help, so , please can you send someone to get it repair or replace. You can call me on 45678912 for any query.
