A letter of complaint

Dear Sir,
I am writing to complain about the poor quality of the service at your centre. Everything seems to be worse than what you say in the advertisement.
Firstly, I'm not satisfied with it because the introduction was not the same as in the advertisement of sir and teachers teach here, there are so many Vietnamese techers teaching English for students.
Furthermore, The advertisement says there are no more than 20 students in a class but that's not true. More than 30 students in a class. And i don't get free books and cassette tapes, Instead, I had to buy old books and cassette tapes.
In addition, every classroom doesn't have an air - conditioner, it uses fans instead. And the advertisement say that the class time is from 5:30 p.m to 8:30 p.m but the class begin to late but finishes early.
To resolve the problem, i require you to give me a refund. Enclosed is a copy of the receipt.
