Essay topics:

All too often, companies hire outside consultants to suggest ways for the company to operate more efficiently. If companies were to spend more time listening to their own employees, such consultants would be unnecessary.

Most companies wanting to find ways to improve their operation efficiency, end up with hiring external consultants. Companies need to eschew depending on suggestions from outside consultants to operate efficiently.

Most companies take less effort in efficient operation management. In hiring external consultants, the direct interaction between employee and employer is plaint: indeed, this results in employees fulminating over decision taken by consultants. There is a commensurate amount of expense towards the outside consultants for their strategies in improving the companies efficiency. When interacting with employee directly, novice employees would be able to concoct ideas and experienced staff would be presenting their experience for improving the companies efficiency.

Although, hearing out employee does conduce positive impact, it has certain downsides. Many decisions and suggestion are not well thought through and could lead to devastating results.

Consequently, companies depending only on outside consultants need to re-think on their strategies. Their own employee could be having vast ideas for improving the efficiency
