According to the first information bar, it is clearly visible that the number of both visits began to grow steadily since the period of 1985-86, but generally visits made by UK residents were always remarkebly more than the given other. Furthermore, the maximum amount of visits to UK by overseas residents-about 27 millions was in 1999, meanwhile the curve reached approximately 52 million.
