Discuss the advantages and disadvantages of working from home

Since the onset of the epidemic coronavirus has caused serious impacts on everyone. Many Companies are forced to close to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus. Employees has to work from home instead of being in office. Therefore, working from home become more popular. It also has some advantages and disadvantages of working from home.
There are several advantages to working from home. Firstly, By working at home, employees can save a great deal of time and money. When they work at home they can save on many hidden costs associated with going to work.These include costs of commuting, fuel, clothes,etc. Besides, they don't need to spend hours on going from their house to the office. Secondly, working from home can be very relaxing and comfortable. Therefore, working from home increases efficiency due to less stress and pressure, so they can stay more focused on their work.
There are still some disadvantages that home-working could bring.One possible drawback of working from home is that it does not develop a person’s team skills. In other words, sometimes a business issue can only be solved through team work and this is not possible when all employees work from home. Besides, they need to have high self motivation required. When they are working from home,they won’t have a boss standing on top of your shoulder and waiting for their to finish that report. While not employees needs a boss like this to finish their tasks by the deadline, they still need to have a lot of self discipline and motivation to complete all of their works.
In conclusion, there are some advantages and disadvantages of working from home. Howerver, it's believed that the best way for employees to work effectively is at their workplace that they feel most comfortable to can focus on their work, and also socialise with their working partners but, under some circumstances, they can work from home. For example, during this epidemic, they can continue to be productive by working from their home.
