Men and women professions.
With the advent of technology, life become easier to live in this developed world. Men and women have been deemed fit in any profession. In the past, women and men have been choosing their career according their strength and agility. But now trend has been changed with the introduction of education and technology. This essay will discuss both aspect before making any definitive conclusion.
On the one hand side, there are people who argue that men and women have different physical structure. They need to choose profession accordingly. For instance, women are thought to be emotionally sensitive and delicate, thus nursing and child care professions are more suitable for them. similarly, men are physically more strong and have ability to work longer hours. They need to choose career such as mechanical engineering and construction. Furthermore, in past, women avoided to work in men dominated environment because they were not treated equally.
On the other hand side, trend has been changed now. Women and men has been working in same professions. For example, now women actively participating in air force ,police force and army. It originally thought to be a profession for men, because it demand physical strength and courage. Similarly, there are some career the men have adopted such as fashion design and beauty saloons. Furthermore, the spread of education and advancement of technology has also helped in bridging the gap. The modern machine has minimized the demand of the lots of physical labor. In addition accesses of proper training has encouraging the women to enter the once forbidden trades.
In my opinion, men and women can work in any field with the help of the proper training and higher education.
