This bar graph illustrates how many minutes have beeb spent on three types of the telephone call fo British from 1995 to 2002.
As clearly seen from the chart, national and international fixed line showed upward trends over the whole research period while local fixed line remained unchanged over the same period. However, it is interesting to note that the figure of local fixed line was reached the highest point well over 90 billion minutes in 1999.
The figure of national and international fixed line was used just under 40 billion minutes in 1995, however, it gradually increased to approximately 60 billion minutes in 2002. In addition, the figure of mobiles was the lowest point slightly less than 5 billion minutes in 1995, neverthless, it was significantly increased over 20 billion minutes to 40 from 2000 to 2002.
To sum up, over the entire research period, the graph shows that national and international calls are getting popular in the UK.
