According to the graph, to gain qualification and the interest in the subject are the two reasons that motivates highest percentage of adults to study, ranging from 38-40 %. Helpful for current job, to improve prospects of promotion and enjoy learning are the three reasons that amass almost same percentage of adults to study. To able to change jobs and to meet people are the reasons that attracts minimum percentage of adults ranging from 9-12%.
Looking at the pie chart, it is clear that the individual shares the maximum percentage of cost of each course that is 40 %. Employer shares 5 % lesser than individuals whereas taxpayer shares least % of the cost of individual course in adult education.
