The bar graphs illustrate the percentage of the people buying computer from 2002 to 2010 and the rank of education taken regard to use of computer between 2002 and 2010.
Firstly, in 2002,about 58% of the population owned computer, whereas approximately 60% of the people purchased in 2004. The graph showed a gradual increment in the proportion of individuals using computer which was above 60% in 2006 and nearly 70% in 2008. By 2010, the percentage of population taking computer reached almost 75%.
Secondly, no of high school diploma slowly increased from 15% in 2002 to above 40% in 2010 respectively. In contrast, college (incomplete) level rose from about 55% to 95% over the same period of time, slightly a rise of 40%. The postgraduate qualification inclined from 80% to approximately 100% in 2002 and 2010 respectively.
Overall, computer ownership was the lowest in 2002 and the highest in 2010. Comparatively, education level in 2002 was higher than in 2010. In general there was a rise in a tutoring level .No high school diploma was the largest and the postgraduate was the smallest.
