Dear Mr. Smith,
I am a student who is living in Hotel QMC, which is located in front of your office, and I am writing to you to complain about a serious problem in my room. There was an agreement between us for you to prepare a single room in a quiet area. However, I discovered that it is a double room in addition to it being in a very busy hotel, which is located next to a noisy road.
Because I came in order to study an important course, I asked you to reserve a single room to be able to study without being interrupted by someone else. Moreover, I thought the room would be in a quiet hotel and in a peaceful area, but it has not happened.
Therefore, I would be grateful if you are able to change my current room with another one in a quieter place. Furthermore, it should be a single room as agreed before.
I am looking forward to hearing from you in the near future.
