It is clear that the administrative and secretarial had the highest percentage for women (22%) while the skilled trades and process, plant and machine operatives had the lowest percentage for men (3%).

A closer look at the bar chart reveals that in professional, Associate professional and technical, process, plant and machine operatives, Managers and senior officials and Elementary had the same propotion for men (among 10% to 18%) and it as the same with women but the percentage of process, plant and machine operatives just 2%.
