different age groups who did regular physical activity in 2010

It is also noticeable that men and women demonstrated the reverse pattern of physical activity distribution in different age groups.
As for details, the highest proportion of women who did regular physical activities stood at 53.3 percente in the age group between 45 and 54, while the highest percentage for men was observed in the age group from 15 to 24, at 52.8. The percentage of sportish young women stood at 47.7 and demonstrated growth in the following age groups, gaining its peak at 45-54 and than reaching a plateau, followed by decline for the 65 and over years. Same statistics for men demostrated reverse pattern, reaching minimum at 35 to 44, at 39.5 percent, and finally becoming even with women’s percentage by the end of the life.
