Overall, it is evident from the statistics that women are more focused on physical fitness than men. When seen in terms of age groups among men, younger and older people have involved more in physical activity in contradiction to highly active middle aged women.
Among male population, more than 50% of the youngest people between the ages 15 and 24 are physically active which is the highest, and are followed by the percentage of older people in the categories 55 and above which is slightly below 50. The number of males among other age groups between 25 and 54 are involved least with only around 40% working out regularly.
