The following bar chart represents the percentage of Australian males and females of various ages group who did physical exercises in 2010.
From presented chart it can be seen that the percentage of females involving in physical activities was increasing as they became older, showing the highest percentage of 53.3 at the age of 45 to 54. Then this trend started decreasing reaching its point of 47.1 at the age of 65, where the percentage of male was similar to that of their counterparts having 46.7 %. At the beginning men showed the highest percentage of 52.8% at the age of 15 to 24. However, as they become older they used to do physical activities less. At the age of 45 men started engaging in exercises but it did not reach the highest point as it was before.
To recapitulate, the women showed more interest in physical exercises as opposed to men that reduced their involvement as they aged.
