It can be seen that the factors affecting work performance is given in two type of factors : internal and external. Firstly team spirit is internal factor affecting the work performance. In 18-30 it affects same as it affects to 45-60 aged group people is 62%. The other internal factors are competent boss, respect from colleagues and job satisfaction. The proportion of all these factors as same as age of people 18-30 and 45-60.
Apart from that, the poeple of age under 18-30 their work performance is affect by external factors that is change for personla development, relaxed working environment and job security is 92%, 80% and 42% respectively. Promotion prospect, work environment and money affects the people of age under 18-30.
Overall it is evident that money is a factor that affects the work performance more than any other factors. Tje workers more affected by the internal factors is team spirit.
