It can be seen that the individulas who are aged between 18-30 years have maximum (over 80%) chances for personal development whereas, work environment is the least affected of this age group. In addition, work performance influenced by team spirit is equal (around 30%) of both the age groups. Moreover, the affect of job security on workers aged between 45-60 years are almost half than the other age group that is from 18-30 years.
As far as trend is concerned, the highest proportion of people aged from 45-60 years is affected by money. Further, promotion prospects affects the people aged between 18-30 years and 45-60 years are 80% and 50% respectively. Furthermore, the performance affected by working enviornment aged from 18-30 years is almost double than the other age group.
Overall, it is evident that the young workers are more affected by the given factors than the adult employees.
