The bar chart illustrates the number of people in the UK eating more than 5 portions of vegetables and fish per day. Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
The bar chart represents the percentage of people in three group, woman, children and men, who consume more than 5 portions of vegetables and fishes in a course of a day over the period of 6 years from 2011.
Apparently, at first glance, throughout the period, woman rank first in terms of percent, followed by men then kids. Overall, three rackets both have an upward trend despite fluctuations.
In the first three years, while the number of women remained stable, that of men observed a steadily modest increase, from 17 to 19. Children subgroup, meanwhile, witnessed a rise of 4 percent before dropped to 12.
In the course of another three years from 2014 to 2015, only woman group experienced an upsurge. In 2014, the number fleeted from 20 to 28 and then reached 33 and 36 in 2015, 2016 respectively. On the contrary, men and junior rackets saw a parallel trend which was rising slightly in the first two year of the course before descended. They, however still culminated in a higher proportion.
In 2017, contradicting to the propitiously uphill trend, woman subgroup plunge into only 30. On the opposite scenario, men and children rose moderately by the margin of 3 and 2 percentage.
