Never heard of ICP? Basically, your ICP will drive every part of the sales funnel . Pretty cool, huh? So how does it all work? Your icp in sales allows you to choose which customers you want to sell to https://www.growbots.com/blog/icp-outbound-sales/ . I know that sounds a little unsettling to those who are starting out. After all, you're trying to get as much revenue as possible. It would be illogical to try to limit the range of clients you want to attract. In my experience, that's not the case at all. Consider these points: You have a limited amount of resources to find leads. Every minute you spend selling to a deadbeat is a minute you could have spent actually closing the deal. Getting a good customer should give you time and money to focus on improving your business.
