Essay topics:

The bar chart shows the number of visitors to three London museums between 2007 and 2012.

Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant

The bar chart illustrates the figure of tourists to national gallery, Victoria Albert museum and British museum from 2007 to 2012.
Overall, the national gallery started from the lowest number but had an upward trend and ended up being the most visited museum on the chart. Likewise the British museum experienced an unsteady rise while the Victoria and Albert museum went through an opposite direction on the chart.

In 2007, National gallery started with the lowest visitors (6million), but same had a gradual change and increased throughout the remaining five years to 16million visitations in 2012. Compared to National gallery, British museum was visited by over 10million people in 2007. This figure dropped to 6million in 2008 and remained the same until 2009, it then fluctuated all through the remaining 3years and took a steep to 14million (almost 50% of where it started from) guests in 2012.

However, Victoria and Albert museum had the largest number of tourists (14million) in 2007, and maintained a steady position till 2008 but dipped for the remaining four years and ended at 10million visitations in 2012.
