The bar chart provides data about the percentage of literacy levels of 16 different countries around the world in 2004. Countries are plotted in x axis whereas rate of literacy are on the y axis.
Looking at the dataset that passed the 80% of literacy rate in more detail, it can be seen that georgia and slovakia has 100% level of literacy, is the maximum literacy rates in the list for the time period 2004. Israel has the 2nd most literacy levels, with roughly 89%. Coloumbia, mexico, indonesia, quater, brazil, peru and turkey literacy rate was flactuating around 84% to 88%.
Turning to the remaining data sets that are under 80% of literacy levels, it is evident that tunisia and cambodia has the same literacy rates, is approximate 78%. Sierra leone has the lowest literacy levels in the charts for 2004, is 38%.
Overall it can be seen that the level of literacy is 100% for two countries and other nine countries had a literacy rate 80% or above. Only one country had the level of literacy under 50%, is the lowest among all countries in the chart.
