The three given pie charts illustrate the data about the popularity of different kinds of books based on their sales of bookseller are changed in three separate years, 1972, 192, and 2012.
Looking at the data set in 1972 in more details, it is clear that 20% of books that are sold is others types of books, which is the maximum sales. Adult and biography have equal sales, is approximately 20%. Travel types of books are sold the lowest amount, is around 15%.
Turning to the data set showing the data in 1992, it is evident that adult fiction, children's fiction, and travel kinds of books are increased by 5%, 2%, and 3%, from 1972. On the other hand biography and other categories, books are dropped by 5%.
Finally, in 2012, adult fiction rise dramatically by 20% from 1992 and it is the highest increase among all categories. Travel, biography and others types of books and fall down by 8%, 7% and 8%.
Overall, it can be seen that adult fiction, and children's fiction categories showed an upward trend whereas biography and other types of sales decreased consistently.
