A glance at graph reveals that, only 1 in 5 of women are as managers, on the other hand 3 in 5 of men are in managerial position. In production job type only few women are employed, majority are men.
In conclusion, all the job types except two job type are employed by men in more number and labourer job type is least attracted by people.
