It is obviously seen from the supplied chart, that highest number of beds is in Japan (14), when the lowest number of hospital beds is in The USA, Spain, United Kingdom and Canada, just under 4. Germany has nearly two times more beds in hospitals than Australia and Holland, just 4 and slightly above 4 respectively.

Getting back to the details, American government spend the most resources to cover health spending than any other named country ($6719), when in Japan expenses are only $2581. As Government of The United States of America spends the most to cover healthcare costs, average live expectancy is 5 years less than in Japan, 78 and 83 years respectively.

To sum up, it is seen from all provided data, that people in Japan have significantly more resources in hospitals with lower spendings for provided care and average life expectancy is the highest.
