The mentioned bar graph illustrates the data about the proportion of people according to age group who provided financial support to charity in years 1990 and 2010 in United Kingdom.
Overall, as is represented by the bar graph, age group of 36-50 were dominant whereas youths of age group 18-25 donated relatively low amount of money during 1990. However 51-65 group contributed significantly higher amount while 18-25 granted considerably low figure of money to charity in 2010.
It is evident that approximately 42% of charity funds was donated by age group of 36-50 in contrast 18-25 age range accounted subsequently low amount of nearly 17% only which was the lowest during 1990. But, age of 51-65 had the rate of exactly 35% which was followed by 65+ with figure of around 32%. In addition to this, 26-35 group contributed more than 30%.
However, the scenario was completely different during in 2010. During this time, 15-65 group accounted the highest percentage around 40% but 18-25 donates significantly low rate just around 6% . Likewise, the ratio of 65+ rose gradually from 32% to exactly 35% while rate of 26-35 dropped moderately and reached around 27%. Moreover, the figure of 36-50 decreased gradually by 7% and had figure of 35%.
