The chart below gives information on the percentage of British people giving money to charity by age range for the years 1990 and 2010. Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.

The given chart provides data about the percentage of people in Great Britain who donate funds to charity by dividing on several age groups over a 20-year period. Overall, differences in start and end times of such help existed.

First of all, the age group (18-25) of British individuals taking up philanthropy reduced from at least 17,5% in 1990 to almost
7,5% in 2010. Besides, there was sharply a shift in ages when people stop giving money to aid organisations. In 1990, this trend saved the growth to 50 years old totalling approximately 40% and then started to decrease to about 30% after 65. However, in 2010, the below-mentioned tendency changed the age group to 51-65 years old comprising also 40% and declining to 35% after 65.

In general, as can be seen from the chart, donating money to charity stabilised more or less starting from 26 years old to 65 years old.
