The pie charts illustrates the proportions of three of the daily minerals in take of American. All of which could be calamitous if consumed more than allowed amount.

Overview, USA citizens consumption of sodium and saturated fat most through dinner with 43% and 37% accounted for each respectively. However, the largest count of sugar added with over 40%, is surprisingly ingested from people snacking habits. breakfast was recorded to have the lowest percentage of all charts.
