The chart below shows the amount of leisure time enjoyed by men and women of different employment status.

The bar chart illustrates the total free time, spent in a week by the people of different occupation during the year 1998 to 1999.
The total time measured in hours per week. Different occupations are full time, part time employed, unemployed, retired and housewives.

Overall, The unoccupied and past employees spend most time which is almost equal. It is obvious, In women full time employee has
less leisure time compare to part time employee. There is no males in part time employment. The other category housewives, account to
the third among the five. Females has more number of free hours compared to other.

Firstly, the jobless male has spent more number of leisure time, which is around 84 hours followed by ex-employee gents they account to
83 hours and similarly 78 hours spend by females in both levels, who spend almost the same and second largest in overall.

Secondly, In part time and housewives only females are females are fall into this profession who accounts for 40 and 50 hours respectively.
Lastly, working professionals has little free time which makes up 43 hours for males and 37 hours for females.
