The average amount of time invested by 4 car manufacturers to produce vehicles in the US is depicted by the rendered line graph from 1998 to 2005. The data has been calibrated in hours.
In an overview, the lines which shows the hours spent my all manufacturers follow both inclining and declining trend except the line of General Motors which follow only declining trend during the time span of 7 years from 1998 to 2005.
After having a glimpse it can be clearly seen that 32 hours was invested by General Motors to produce vehicles in 1998, which was decreased by 10 hours in 2005 and reached to 22. Additionally, ford manufacturers increased slightly the amount of time consumption from 1998 to 2001, after that a dramatic decrease was observed in the investment of hours between 2001 and 2005 and approached to 21 hours in the last year.
Probing further to the remaining data, both Toyota and Honda manufacturers were consumed equal number of hours in the first year accounted as 22 for each. Moreover, after 1998 the figures of hours spent by Honda and Toyota companies were started fluctuating between 20 and 24 till 2005, strikingly, in 2005 the figures of hours consumed by both manufacturers were again same.
