According to the graph, the average house price during 1990-1995 in Tokyo and London decreased by approximately 7% compared with the overage cost in 1989. Nevertheless, at the same period, Madrid and Frankfurt reached a price rise by about 1% and 1,5% respectively.
Besides, it is clearly evident that between 1996-2002, property price in London rose dramatically, by almost 12%. Meanwhile, the price of a house in New York, Madrid and Frankfurt climbed consecutively and indicated 5%, 4,5% and around 1%. In contrast to other cities, only London went trough 5% fall in average price of houses over the same milestone.
