The given bar chart illustrates the quantity of movies manufactured by five nations in the three consecutive years: 2007, 2008 and 2009.
Overall, the number of produced films increased in the countries B, C and E, and that in the other two countries decreased. It is also noticeable that the country A made the largest number of films among the five nations.
Regarding the first year – 2007, the country A was at the top, at nearly 90 films. The country B came second, at precisely 50 films. The country D produced about one-fifth of the country A’s films. The remaining countries were similar, at below 10 films.
Concerning the next two years – 2008 and 2009, the nation A still held the top position despite a minimal fall of around 5%. The nation B witnessed a sudden surge of around 20% and still stood in the second rank. The upward pattern of the nations C and E were nearly the same, with the stable slight rise during the two years. The movies in the countries D declined to fewer than 10 in 2008 and then grew to nearly similar to the beginning figure in the final year, around 15%.
