The charts below give information about the way in which water was used in different countries in 2000.

The two pie charts compare the way of using the amount of water in 4 countries in 2000. (China, India, New Zealand, and Canada)
It can be clearly seen from the graph that, the most common way to use water was agriculture while the amount of water was used in domestic was by far the least preferable choice in the given year.
To be more precise, the percentage of used water in agriculture made up about seven in ten in China and this figure dropped gradually above 90% in India. In New Zealand, water was used in domestic way less than a half. As for industry, in India and New Zealand quantity of used water was low to 3% and 10% respectively.
Regarding Canada, water was necessary in agriculture to 8%. Then, in domestic way used water accounted for 12% which was slightly above than figure of agriculture in this country. However, the proportion of used water in industry reached a peak of 80%.
