The charts below show the average percentages in typical meals of three types of nutrients, all of which maybe unhealthy if eaten too much.
The pie charts denote the midpoints of percentages in regular meals namely breakfast, lunch, dinner along with snakes. As is shown by the figures, In these mentioned meals the amount of three kinds of nutriments such as sodium, saturated fat, besides added sugar, which might have detrimental effects on health if over-consumed,is calculated in USA.
Looking from the overall perspective,It is apparent from the information provided by these charts that the highest amount of consumption of these three sorts of nutriments is allocated to the last meal of the day.nevertheless the least ingestion of mentioned nutriment is through the first meal of the day.In addition to these clear facts,it is also worthy to note that, the total percentages of ingesting these same nutriments for lunch as well as snacks are highly similar.
As is illustrated by the figures, despite the fact that the most consumption of saturated fat is recognized in dinner besides lunch at 37 percent and 26 percent respectively, the least ingestion of this nutrient as well as added sugar is through breakfast at 16percent.equally importantly to mention that where as the consuming of sodium in dinner is the highest percentage at 43,this nutriment has ingested the least by American people in breakfast along with snacks at 14 percent.
Further,as can be seen from the pie chart that reveals the percentages of added sugar in four regular meals, the most consumption of this nutriment is in snacks at 42 percent ,in stark contrast, however the small amount of added sugar is in breakfast as well as lunch at 16 percent and 19 percent respectively.
