The charts below show the average percentages in typical meals of three types of nutrients, all of which may be unhealthy if eaten too much. Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features make comparisons where relevant.

These three pie charts provide us a clear data on the total consumption on sodium, saturated fat and added sugar in everyday meals across the America.

As can be seen on these charts, the percentage of sodium and saturated fat both captured the highest amount on a dinner service with 43% and 37% respectively, while sugar being added just takes nearly a quarter of it's pie. Meanwhile, it was snacks that added sugar contained the most, just 8% away from half the pie chart, but the others consumed no over than 21%, even sodium is the least amount with 14%.

Its worth mentioning that at a breakfast plate, all three show nearly the exact proportion by an average of 15%. Moreover, on a lunch service, no nutrients go over the 30%, even added sugar being the smallest with almost 20%.
In conclusion, Sodium and saturated fat spent the most on a dinner meal, while being added is inside a snack the most.
