In general, the number of japanese travel abroad incresed significantly over 10 years. In the period from 1985 to 1990 and 3 years at the end of the chart, the trend has risen sharply (form 5 to 11 million and 11.9 to more than 15 million respectively) In the middle of timeline, there was a fluctuation between 1990 and 1992, which decreased to 10.5 and then grew to 11.9 million. In the line chart about australia's share of japan's tourist market, there was an upward trend in 10 years and reached a peak in 1993 with more than 6%. The line was volatile which increased to 4.8% in 1988 then fell to about 4.2% and climbed in 1993 with higher than 6% and fell again to 6% in 1994.
