The pie charts illustrate proportion of water consumption in three fields, namely, industrial, agricultural and domestic, use in six areas of the world.
In general, it can be concluded that many parts in the world could still not be able to reaching the industrialization scale.
Apart from North America and Europe, which have the rate of agricultural water use below 40 percent, with respectively 39 percent and 32 percent, others regions show their strength in the niche with enormous percentage, over 70 percent. Among those, Central Asia spends almost 90 percent amount of water for cultivating. In contrast, although not focusing in farming, North America and Europe seem to focus on developing industrial aspect by significant ratios of 48 percent and 53 percent respectively. Additionally, the area of Africa, Central Asia and South America only occupies a moderate figure, which is less than 10 percent. The figure of domestic use fills in an adequate number in almost pie charts, under 20 percent in all case.
