The given pie charts illustrate how guests rated Parkway Hotel's customer service based on a questionnaire. A total of 100 guests completed the same questionnaire over the period of 5 years.
Overall, it is clear that while there are a large number of visitors rate the service as very satisfactory and good. And, only a few travelers assess this service as excellent and very poor in 2005 and 2010.
In 2005, the figure for travelers who rated satisfactory for this service was the highest percentage, around 45%, in comparison with this service was rated poor by visitors, around 21%. Meanwhile, guests who rated very poor and good were only 15% and 14% respectively, and there was the smallest number of customers who assessed this service as excellent, just about 5%.
In 2010, the number of customers who rated good and excellent was increased significantly, around 39% and 28% respectively, and become the highest percentage in this year. While the figure for guests rating satisfactory, poor, and very poor was decrease dramatically, just only 17%, 12%, and 4%.
