The charts below show the results of a survey about what people of different age groups say makes them most happy.
The pie charts elucidate the different contributing factors to make people happy between two age groups, those who are under 30 and over 30. There are similar factors that make both age groups happy, while there are some different factors that make each age group happy.
Both age groups feel happy when they achieved the task at work perfectly for 31% under 30 years old and 32% for over 30 years old. This figure is followed by for the doing hobbies and other factors. The second highest factor was the hobbies which recorded at 22% for under 30 years old and 24% for those for older.
In contrast, there are some differences in the happiness factors between age groups. While young people were feeling happy for having the attractive appearances (of 20%), the elders prefer with financial securities (of 20%). Meanwhile the younger people feel happy when they are travelling around (of about 15%), the elder people feel happy when they are being with family (14%).
