The charts below shows the value of one country’s exports in various categories during 2015 and 2016. The table shows the percentage change in each category of exports in 2016 compared with 2015. Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The given bar chart compares data about the amount of money which was generated from exporting of five items in 2015 and 2016. The changes in these values for the five items in 2015 and 2016 is given in a separate table.

Overall, although the highest income came from petroleum products, Textiles export contributed with the lowest amount of money. In addition, while, Gem and jewellery experienced a downward trend, the other four exported items rose.

Getting to the details, in 2015, the largest values of money were produced by petroleum and engineering products at 60 billion and about 55 billion respectively. However, Agricultural and textiles export shared the lowest values at just above 30 and around 25 billion in turn.

Looking at 2016, although textile and engineered goods showed a considerable increase by 15.24% and 8.5% respectively, Agricultural and petroleum exports demonstrated the least rise which were ,0.81% and 3% respectively. Nevertheless, the only item that showed regression of its values in 2016 compared with 2015, was the Gem and Jewellery which was started at about 45 billion in 2015 and dropped to around 40 billion in 2016, with a fall by 5.18%.
