The diagram below explain the process of making wood pellets, which are a type of fuel used for heating building.
The flow chart depicts the process of making wood pellets which are used to heat buildings.
Overall, it can be manifested that, the procedure of making wood pellets involves total of seven steps. Which starts with getting sawdust from sawmill and culminating with packing pellets into bags for sale.
Initially, the first step starts with getting sawdust from sawmill. Then, a sawdust arrives from sawmill, it is send in a hammer mill where it is hammered into fibers of uniform length. In the next step, hammered fibers are dampened with steam. After which, holes of a pellet machine are forced with fibers and then after it formed into pellets.
Once, fibers have been formed into pellets then the pellets are cooled. Following which, the loose dust from the pellets have been vacuumed and removed. Finally, pellets are packed into bags for sell where one bag weigh total of 18 kill pellets.
