Overall, the procedure consists of 9 stages, beginning with the corn, the raw material prepared for processing, and ending with the transportation of the finished products to customers.
First, the crude corn is stored, ready for the next stage, which is milling to break it down. The water is then added to the milled corn before it is cooked for 4 hours. Following this step, the corn is left to ferment for 48 hours.
After this fermentation, the next step is the separation of corn into a solid by-product and a liquid. During this stage, the liquid enters the stage of purification in 5 hours to produce completely pure ethanol, prior to being stored and delivered to the customer.
