The given flow chart illustrates the process of transforming coffee beans from raw materials to coffee powders ready to sell packaged in supermarkets and shops.
Firstly, coffee beans are harvested directly by hands of farmers in the nature environment before being dried in wide fields under the sunlight. After that humans put dried beans into the oven and heat at a certain temperature until coffee beans become perfectly roasted. Next phase is freezing roasted beans speedily then grinding them carefully to create a fine powder. During the next step, after soaking powders into the high temperature water, the coffee mixture is squeezed to remove the excessive water. In the next phase, the coffee mixture once again being frozen and ground into powders. After that, coffee powders are put into a vacuum to perform the dehydration process. Finally, all powders are moved to the packaging step as being poured into the containers then labeled to be the final product at supermarkets and shops.
Overall, the process consists of multiple steps which help coffee beans to reveal their truest flavor compare to raw materials.
