The diagram demonstrates the process of collecting rainwater and then it is transformed into drinking water in an Australian town

In general, it is clear that the process starts with containing rainwater through a long drain. After 4 stages, it is changed into a drinkable water source. In addition, the main element in this diagram is rainwater.

As can be seen from the diagram, we can see that on rainy days, the rainwater will flow straightly into a long drain and continue go through the water filter system. After the amount of rainwater is filtered, it is pumped into a large rectangular container for storage.

Looking at the remaining steps, when the container is full of filtered water, it is adequately moved to another container which is add chemical substances for water treatments. At this stage, the water is now safe and becomes a qualified water source to bump it up onto the house for drinking usage
