The drainage and purification of water system in an Australian town is functioning and processing by 5 steps. There are 2 steps processed on the ground and 2 stages are processed under the ground.
Firstly, when heavy rains dropped on the rooftop, rainwater was collected by the eave fillister and fell into the drain underneath the ground. Moving on to the filtering stage, the unprocessed rainwater will entered the water filter for the initial process. Filter water will then be stored in the water tank storage. After that, water will be conveyed into the treatment stage.
The treatment stage can be also regared as water purifying stage since there will be chemicals added into the water for purifying. At the end, the purified water will then delievered to each household by a different drain and it now can be consumed as drinking water.
There are 2 pipes for water drainage, one is for collecting rainwater and the other pipe is for conveying purified water. Therefore, water will not be cross-polluted through the process.
