The diagram illustrates the progress of brick production for the building industry. There are 7 big steps in the process of brick manufacturing.
First, the digger will be selecting clay on the ground. Then the mix of clay and ground that has just been selected will be clarified through a metal grid so as to only keep the high-quality clay. The clay will be put on a roller in the second step. It is going to be mixed with water and sand after that. Next, a wire cutter will perfectly cut the mixture into bricks, or molds will be used to make out the shape of bricks. In the fourth step, the bricks will be put in a drying oven for about 24-48 hours. After that, there are 3 little paces in the fifth step. To begin with, the bricks will be organized in a kiln with moderate temperature (200⁰C - 980⁰C). Moreover, the temperature will be increased to higher, from 870⁰C - 1300⁰C. And lastly, the bricks will be moved to a cooling chamber and kept there for 48-72 hours. Finally, the bricks will be packaged together and delivered in a container to the customers.
