The Picture illustrates the process of brick manufacturing from clay collecting to delivery of bricks. A glance at the picture clearly reveals that there are several steps involved for the manufacturing of bricks.
Firstly, Digger is being used to collect the clay from the land and it is going to the filtering process on the roller. The result product send for shapping of the brick by either wire cutter or mould.
In order to dry the bricks, drying oven is used. And it takes 24 to 28 hours to complete the drying process.
Secondly, dried bricks are going through three different chambers which are two klins and cooling chamber. First klin produces the temperature between 200 - 980 degree celsius and second kiln emits high temperature of 870 - 1300 degree celsius of heat. At the last step it allows to cool down for 48 -72 hours in the cooling chamber. The final products are involved in the packaging process and send it for the delivery.
In Conclusion, it takes several days to produce bricks from clay following many steps.
